This recipe makes 8 large or 16 small bites. They take about 40 minutes start to finish including chilling time.
- 1 cup Gluten free oats
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (ensure these are dairy and soya free)
- Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir well to combine.
- Place into the refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes. This allows the mixture to firm up slightly.
- For larger bites use a tablespoon amount of the mixture and roll between your palms into a ball. For smaller bites use a half tablespoon amount. Continue until all of the mixture is used.
