No bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites. Gluten free, Dairy free, Soya Free, Vegan. 

These no bake energy bites are the perfect snack on the go. They’re quick and easy to make and store well in the fridge for 2-3 days. 

They have a sweet hit, but with a healthy edge. They’ll release their energy slowly and are great for all ages. Make smaller balls for little ones and slightly larger ones for adults. 

They’re sure to be a hit with everyone. 

This recipe makes 8 large or 16 small bites. They take about 40 minutes start to finish including chilling time. 


  • 1 cup Gluten free oats
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (ensure these are dairy and soya free) 


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir well to combine. 
  2. Place into the refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes. This allows the mixture to firm up slightly. 
  3. For larger bites use a tablespoon amount of the mixture and roll between your palms into a ball. For smaller bites use a half tablespoon amount. Continue until all of the mixture is used. 

It really is that simple!
